• Description:
• The contract includes support in creating the program for the ESF Plus in the Free State of Thuringia in the funding period 2028-2034. This includes the following tasks, among others: - Development of funding priorities and content, taking into account: - the current requirements of the EU COM -the needs for action and challenges in Thuringia (socio-economic analysis) -the applicability of the performance-based approach -Implementation of an efficient and low-bureaucracy funding approach - Vote with all people and structures relevant to program creation and implementation within Thuringia and in the DNRPP - Comparison of the intended funding measures with other funding offers (in particular the ERDF and EAFRD in Thuringia and the federal ESF) - Determination of indicators and their target values as well as the preparation of the method paper - Suggestions for the specific implementation of the cross-cutting principles - Conception, implementation and evaluation of an online consultation as well as further coordination with WISO partners - Creation of the program in two versions: in accordance with the legal requirements or other requirements of the European Union for the funding period 2028-2034 and in a reading or print version This is not included in the order Development of the socio-economic analysis. This is currently being developed and made available to the contractor. The order also includes two additional option packages. It is up to the contractor whether these are actually implemented depends on the specific design of the DNRPP and can therefore only be decided at a later date. Option 1: Develop an evaluation plan Option 2: Development of the monitoring concept (based on the method paper) Both option packages should be described by the bidder as an option in the offer.
