Supporting the IT service desk
The service desk acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the workforce and is responsible for communication with the users of the Group and as far as possible for Eresponsible for achieving an initial solution. In the event of changes or disruptions, users can report by telephone (central IT number), email and via a web-based self-service portal. The opening (and closing) of tickets is communicated to the user by an automated email stating a Tticket number communicated.
In total, almost 300 different applications are made available and supported by the five IT departments (IT control, ERP applications, applications, infrastructure, workstation systems).
Assignment
An external service is to be used to support these areastleister will be commissioned, who will take over the 1st level and parts of the 2nd level support from Q4/2024. The order is expected to be for a period of 2 years with the option of being extended twice by the client for one year each.
Service components
