Description:
The Bavarian State Office for Taxes (hereinafter: 'client?) Has been commissioned in the project (coordinated new software development of the tax administration) to develop a quota procedure. The procedure is responsible for this (mechanical monitoring of tax cases). The contingent procedure is intended to optimize the timely and continuous input of annual tax returns in tax -advised cases. To this end, the participating tax advisors register tax numbers for the procedure, for which they are committed to fulfilling certain quotas regarding their statement at certain key days. As a central contact for the tax advisor and as a management of the registered tax numbers and the implementation of the work necessary, a central quota (ZKS) to be set up for a federal state within the context of the contingent procedure.
