- The subject of the tender is a framework contract for services to support the processing of employer accounts with insolvency contact. Background: Total social security contributions (i.e. contributions to health, nursing, pension and unemployment insurance) are to the employer to theto pay as a catchment position by the employee. The catchment office monitors the submission of the proof of contributions and the payment of the overall social security contribution. Such contribution claims that have not been met in good time must assert the catchment center. In the event of an insolvency application by a company, extensive reporting and contribution law work is triggered at the catchment points.
