- The working group Renewable Energy Statistics (Agee-Stat) is an independent specialist body and was founded in 2004 by the Federal Ministries for the Environment, Economic Affairs and Agriculture. The task of AGE-STAT is to continuously provide current, consistent, resilient and coordinated data on the state of use of renewable energies in Germany and the German contribution to the targets of the EU. Agee-Stat thus provides the official foundations for various national, EU-wide and international reporting obligations of the federal government. In addition, it is the core task of AGEE-Stat Information and public relations work on the development of renewable energies in Germany. For this purpose, the current data, which is regularly developed and updated by the AGE-STAT, should be transparently and well prepared for various AS points of renewable energies. This project is intended to strengthen Agee-Stat's publicity effectiveness and support the work of the office at the Federal Environment Agency.
