• Description:
• The core task of the Jülich disposal company for nuclear systems mbH (JEN) ​​is the removal of nuclear waste from publicly operated nuclear research and development in Jülich. As a public client, JEN is subject to the procurement of material goods and services as well as internal logistics comply with the strict requirements of European and national procurement law. The Purchasing and Materials Management (VE) department is responsible for the central procurement of material goods and Services as well as internal logistics for the entire dismantling process. With a team of currently 20 employees, it ensures security of supply while taking complex regulatory requirements into account. Short description of the project JEN's purchasing and materials management department is being strategically realigned. The aim is to replace the previous, object-related structure (material/service) with a sustainable, modern purchasing structure that meets the requirements efficiency, professionalization and strategic control.
