Description:
Interested companies are hereby called up to express the interest in accordance with Section 38 (4) sentence 1 No. 3 VGV. The request for the confirmation of interests will be sent at the earliest 35 days and at the latest twelve months after this preliminary information was published. The order is in Negotiation procedures are awarded without a separate order announcement. The subject of the order to be awarded are services for hosting, operation, support, maintenance and further development of the video management system of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt and the distribution of the video stream necessary CDN for a period of 4 years. These services are related to the client's own video management system (VMS); insofar as considerable for the award procedure, interested companies will be interested after submitting a declaration of confidentiality (pattern is received after receipt of Provided interest made available) granted access. The state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt operates a live streaming and video on demand for the transfer of the state parliament sessions during the plenary session and a video archive of all speeches by the MPs of the current parliamentary term. The video management system (VMS) serves to save received livestreams from state parliament sessions and to create excerpts for publication on the Internet and other uses. The client does not have its own resources to operate the VMS and is also not Tenant/operator of the CDN access. The services for hosting, operation, support, maintenance and further development of the video management system of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt and the CDN required for the distribution of video stream are therefore advertised.
