• Description:
• Following the construction of the surface sealing system, a new disposal center will be built in the BA1 area as a reuse facility. In the area of ​​BA4a and BA4b, a green waste area will be built as a post-use facility after the surface sealing system has been manufactured. The traffic systems, engineering structures, building construction, disposal center and green waste area are awarded in separate procurement procedures and are not the subject of the service. The surface sealing to be produced in section 1 with construction sections BA 1 to BA 4b covers an area of approx. 12 hectares and is to be built in 4 construction phases of approx. 2.0 to approx. 3.7 hectares, depending on measures for nature and species protection. The additional measures required are in the area of ​​the planned subsequent use facilities (disposal center, green waste area, container storage area). To improve the soil, additional base and leveling layers or technical functional layers must be taken into account. The measures for building construction, civil engineering and traffic areas for the re-use facilities will be awarded in separate procurement procedures at a later date. The associated interfaces however, must be taken into account. The surface sealing and recultivation or production of the technical functional layers up to the interface of the re-use facilities in construction phases BA 1 to BA 4b should be carried out in 4 construction phases using the following essential sub-construction measures: • Profiling of the landfill surface and exposing the connection areas to the landfill base at the edge of the landfill • Implementation of soil improvement measures and production of the necessary base and leveling layers • Production of the final surface sealing • Recultivation of the landfill surface in accordance with the nature conservation regulations • Creation of the technical functional layers in the subsequent use areas • Laying of earthing grids in the area of Entsorgu...
