Survey services for the quality measurement system (QMS) in Baden-Württemberg for transport services in local rail passenger transport One of the tasks of the Nahverkehrsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg mbH is to control the implementation of the regional rail transport contracts State of Baden-Württemberg. The country has well over 30 current transport contracts that it is leading. The transport contracts each contain the specific performance parameters for the respective contractual conditions with the corresponding Railway transport companies (EVU). The RU provides the respective transport service on the basis of these contracts. In order to determine the RU's monetary entitlement, it is not only the local rail transport service actually provided that is crucial, but also: what quality this was provided. In all current and future transport contracts, a review of quality by the NVBW is agreed, usually through a quality measurement system (QMS). The QMS checks compliance with the contractually agreed quality criteria. These criteria are collected/recorded and checked with regard to the requirements presented in the modes of transport, from which financial benefits or disadvantages for the operators are calculated. goal of QMS is therefore to ensure the regional rail transport service for passengers at a high level of quality, to identify deviations from the contractual specifications and to ensure the provision of the service through financial...
