Description:
The subject of the procurement is survey software for collecting and analyzing customer needs and customer satisfaction.
The contractor provides the software to the SBK as a server-based web application as part of a "Software as a Service" solution (SaaS), with which the SBK conducts surveys itselfcan be carried out constantly / in self-service and independently of time.
The survey software is filled daily through data imports from the AG's data warehouse and returns the results through data exports to the AG's data warehouse.
The survey software enables the SBK to carry out both actionto actively send related and sample-related surveys to their customers via email, but also to collect feedback in the form of reviews directly on their digital channels. Qualitative feedback should be systematically categorized and evaluated using integrated text analysis.
ImAs part of the procurement process, licenses (per user) are granted for a limited period of time and associated services are agreed.
The basis is an EVB-IT cloud contract.
