Description:
The subject of procurement is a survey software for the collection and analysis of customer needs and customer satisfaction. The AN provides the SBK the software as a server-based web application as part of a? Software AS A Service? Solution (SaaS), with which the SBK surveys can carry out independently / in self-service and independently. The survey software is filled daily by data imports from the Data Warehouse of the AG and returns the results to the Data Warehouse of the AG through data exports. The SBK enables the survey software to actively send both action-related and sample-related surveys to your customers by email, but also to collect feedback directly on your digital channels in the form of reviews. Qualitative feedback is to be systematically categorized and evaluated via an integrated text analysis. As part of the procurement procedure, licenses (via user) are left to a temporary time and agreed associated services. The basis is an EVB-IT cloud contract.
