Description:
In order to strengthen the city center, a service provider is to develop a city center strategy and a usage concept to prevent vacancies. In addition to the implementation of the concept, the strengthening process should take place through the integration of cooperation partners (project management). MWith the help of this, the various actors in the city should be involved. The project management should take over the task of a city manager who initiates and coordinates measures and projects for the central topics and fields of action succession planning, network formation and accessibility,accompanied and implemented.
The project must be successfully implemented by August 31, 2025 at the latest.
