Description:
The construction project is the demolition of the OGS of the primary school Grosse Heide. The OGS is located at Pelikanweg 4, in 33335 Guetersloh. The eastern two -storey extension with a square floor plan and flat roof built around 1975 is to be completely dismantled. The building is completely covered with cement building boards. On the upper floor there are three classrooms and a hallway with a staircase. On the northeast and Southeastern core, due to the reduced base area on the upper floor, two knowledgeable, terrace-like canopies are trained. The EC was used as part of the conversion partially converted to the open all -day school (OGS); It currently houses a dining room with a kitchen, an adjoining room, an office and a preserved classroom.
