• SV-CMÜ-260521-002 - Geothermal energy Michaelibad - drilling cellar structure, shell construction / construction work Geothermal energy Michaelibad - drilling cellar structure, shell construction / master builder's work A new one is to be built at the Michaelibad location (Heinrich-Wieland-Str. 16, Munich-Ramersdorf). Deep geothermal energy project to be implemented. For this purpose, a technical building (so-called drilling cellar structure) is to be built using reinforced concrete construction and will later be part of the outdoor pool area. There are inner-city residential areas in the immediate vicinity. The building consists of 2 basement floors and is therefore mostly underground. The gross volume is approx. 15,000 m³. Two underground/covered corridors/tunnels connect to the main building, with stairwells at the ends up to GOK connect. In addition, a structural fire water tank is integrated into the building. The excavation pit up to approx. -9.3 m as well as micropiles (to ensure buoyancy) are created in advance. Essential quantities/services are: approx. 1,150 tons of reinforcement, approx. 1,600 m² floor panels, approx. 2,400 m² external walls, approx. 1,500 m² interior walls, approx. 1,600 m² ceilings, Exterior walls/floor slab in waterproof and with fresh concrete composite system, highly reinforced ceiling slab, Protective coatings (AwSV, water tank), Installation of steel components (e.g. Welding plates, load-bearing steel beams, trolley track beams), integrated lightning protection system parts, Temporary construction work, construction site equipment.
