Planning technical equipment in accordance with § 55ff HOAI, system groups 1 and 3, LPH 1 to 9.
Building dimensions: length approx. 120m, width approx. 14m, height approx. 18m, of which approx. 15m above ground.
Lower part of the building (height approx. 10m) in reinforced concrete (exposed concrete), upper part of the building wooden construction with insulated wooden cladding and translucent profile glass facade elements.
The building should be divided into "virtual" fire compartments, which means that - as best as technically possible - an attempt should be made to...
