The services serve to permanently strengthen the existing supporting structure and to create the structural requirements for the subsequent one Reconstruction of the roof structures. The building is a listed building. The scope of services includes in particular: - Setting up and operating required safety, isolation and negative pressure systems - Asbestos removal on column foundations incl. Trial sanitation, decontamination and metrological support, - Low-emission removal of coatings containing PCBs and heavy metals on steel supports and roof supports, - subsequent corrosion protection of the steel structure according to ZTV-ING, - accompanying secondary, Dismantling and dismantling services, - Transport, verification and disposal of all hazardous waste. - Adaptation or production of basic pipes in foundations - Testing, monitoring, documentation and revision services The measure provides ensures the proper technical condition of the supporting structure and forms the basis for the subsequent roof replacement.
