• SV-CNI-260508-005 - Renewal of the roofing of the Olympiazentrum stop, ELT planning Renewal of the roofing of the Olympiazentrum stop, ELT planning The subject of the tender is planning services for the renewal of the roof as well as the Modernization of the technical building equipment (TGA - electrical) of the above-ground areas of the listed Olympiazentrum subway station (U3) in Munich. Specialist planning services for technical equipment are commissioned in accordance with §55 HOAI, in particular for the System group 4 - high-voltage systems and Equipment group 5 - telecommunications and information technology systems. The scope of services includes inventory, planning, coordination and monitoring of the dismantling and renewal of the electrical and IT infrastructure in the covered platform and access structures and adjacent areas. This includes, among other things, energy distribution, cable routes, lighting and safety lighting systems, grounding and lightning protection systems, sound and communication technology, Network and video technology as well as the connection of marketing areas (existing kiosks and an additional new unit with approx. 25-30m²).
