- SV-CNI-260602-001 - Munich subway, switch renewal Neuperlach Süd (NS) - 2026, track construction Munich subway, switch renewal Neuperlach Süd (NS) - 2026, track construction Stadtwerke München GmbH will renew in the period from the beginning of October 2026 to the beginning of November 2026 the double track connection (DGV) north of Neuperlach Süd (NS) train station. As part of the renewal of the DGV, rails, sleepers and ballast as well as the adjacent conductor rail system will be completely replaced. The busbar system to be renewed (approx. 1,500 m) extends from the south operating facility (BS) at switch BS 146/147, over the DGV to be renewed in the area of the NS train station, to the southern end of the Therese-Giehse-Allee (TG) train station (without platform). In the shadow of the lockdown there will also be a Track change (approx. 3,300 m) carried out. This extends from the southern end of the TG station (with platform) to the southern end of the Neuperlach Zentrum (NZ) station at switch NZ 162/163 (without platform). The renovation area is partly in the above-ground area and extends into the tunnel under the Munich city area.
