Carrying out renovation work on the foundations and rope inlets of the Olympic tent roof in the Munich Olympic Park (Bavaria, DE). The Olympic tent roof extends over a total area of approx. 78,000 m2 and spans the Olympic stadium, open areas (intermediate roofs) as well as the Olympic hall and Olympic swimming pool.
The service to be provided includes the various compression and tension foundations of the Olympic Stadium and the intermediate roof to the Olympic Hall (Building 3). In detail, excavation, concrete renovation and coating work will be carried out on the foundations. The rope inlets for the strand bundles and fully closed ropes will be renovated at the same time. The foundations are single or in small ones Groups together and, using small construction site facilities, independently cordoned off from visitors in the Olympic Park.
The aim of the renovation measures is to eliminate signs of wear and corrosion that have already occurred and to protect the component permanently.

Individual foundations can only be renovated after consultation with the OUe, as these must be installed with standing scaffolding for roof renovation.
