As part of the network-wide increase in fire protection, Stadtwerke Muenchen GmbH are planning with the train station package No.:5 DieEducation of the Alte Heide train stations, Dietlindenstrasse, Nordfriedhof and Rotkreuzplatz.
The measures are based on station -specific fire protection concepts and essentially include the following services.
1. Installation of at least fire -retardant, floor -down houses in front of the stairsthe train stations. In the housing, doors (fire -retardant, smoke -tight and self -closing) are provided, which automatically close when the respective evacuation period is completed.
2. Smoke aprons with a passage height of approx. 2.40 m
3. Gallery glazing for smoke density separation to the platform
4.Installation of a voice alarm system (SAA) in the respective train stations including cladding onto the fire alarm system.
