Description:
The client intends to bring together data from construction projects from the areas of transport infrastructure and building construction in a central communication hub, the model -based project platform (CDE_MP). This affects projects that are planned using the BIM methodology should. The procurement of mobility is responsible for the procurement. A large number of BIM projects of the traffic infrastructure (expansion and modernization projects of the subway stations, new construction of new route sections) are to be initiated in the mobility department in the coming years. can be handled by the CDE_MP. The CDE_MP should also be available to infrastructure and building construction projects of the other SWM departments. The SWM want a framework contract with a provider of a model -based project platform (= common data environment) for a term of 3 years complete. An extension option is to be offered by another 2 years. (Estimated volume including extension: approx. 20 projects / estimated construction costs of the projects handled over it around EUR 3.0 billion). Project language is German in terms of communication and documentation.
