The project includes the complete renovation of the flat roofs of the workshop and office building No. 20 on the site of the SWM Technical Basic Munich Freimann, Hans-Jensen-Weg 10. The measure is necessary due to damage and leakage of the roof areas. The measures for roof drainage (investment group 1) are an integral part of the renovation and include the review, planning and adaptation of the main and Emergency drainage systems.
