Planning services in accordance with the AHO series of publications, issue no. 17 (services for fire protection under building regulations, as of Dec. 2022) with phased commissioning for the following construction project:
New construction of six residential buildings with at least 420 company apartments (around half publicly funded), a neighborhood cafe, a retirement and service center (ASZ), a municipal daycare center and an underground car park in the construction site WA2 as the second of three residential construction phases in the new inner-city district on Westend-/Zschokkestrasse Munich-Laim.
