Description:
Stadtwerke Muenchen (SWM or client) will use cloud services based on their new, integrated cloud and datacenter strategy and use the use of the public cloud. The previous use of the public cloud is to be rewritten with this tender; In additionAssumptions for potentially additional needs to be met over the term. It will be a framework contract with aCloud reseller closed.
All B2C software applications and the entire SAP landscape of the SWM run on the cloud platforms used so far. In addition, the IoT platform is developed and operated.A total of approx. € 8 million p.a. (and a maximum volume of net approx. € 10 million p.a.) per year. For the Support of the Cloud Services, a total of approx. € 570 or maximum volume of net is approx. € 670t. A useful life of 4 years is advertised with the option for two timesExtension (+2 years +1 year). The extension options are to be exercised 6 months before the end of the term via an additional order. The provider of cloud services are referred to in this tender as "hyperscaler".
