- The MS 365 Dynamics Customer Engagement Platform was introduced to the SWM in 2023 and is looked after by an IT service management team. In 2024, two projects from different specialist areas, with the implementation of its own CRM solution, started on two separate authorities.One of the two solutions is productive, the second solution is still in implementation. In the IT solution unit Technik (IL-TE), a new product team CRM@il-TE was created on 01.01.2025, which combines the previously mentioned projects and the implementation in an agile productcontinues. From the product operation, CRM solutions are to be offered on the MS Dynamics 365 platform. This is considered a further development offer for existing MS Dynamics CRM solutions as well as for the implementation of new requirements.
