The SWM as client (AG) operates an R/3 (ECC ERP 6.0 EHP 8) Core system (development, test, production) with the modules MM, SD, SD,PM, FI, CO. Customizing and the processes of the R/3 Core system are the responsibility of the so -called DDL. These are internal, decentralized service providers whothe Departments of the SWM are assigned.
The ERP team processes tickets as part of the development-side support. This processing includes corrections (disorders) or requirements (IUK requirements), which in turn come from projects or individual requirements.March 31, 2027 to switch to S/4 HANA with the Core system. In order to achieve this goal, a project that starts in Q3, 2025 was set up.
A large part of the currently available development resources is to be used for the project, which will then no longer be for the developmentSupervision of the R/3 Core System.
To ensure the development of the R/3 Core system during the S/4 HANA transformation project, the development of selected IT services is awarded as part of this award.
