The SWM Services GmbH will plan the construction of the 1st construction phase (1. BA) in the period until 2026 at the south of the energy location south (1. BA)Cold generation system (also remote cooling center - FKZ). The cold generated is fed into an approximately 23 km long remote cold network, which is connected to the inner city of the city center at several points.
The FKZ essentially consists of the three main systems and adjoining systems:
-Cold machines (2 x absorption chillers with approx. 3.9 MWTH each, 2 x compression chillers with approx. 4.0 MWTH)
- recooling systems (12 x cooling tower, 1 x river water heat exchanger) with approx. 50 MWT total power
- power circulation with approx. 2000 m3/h
- secondary system, HKL system, frost protection systemetc.
The entire system of the FKZ was divided into trades for the construction phase. The planning, manufacture and assembly of the subsystems was assigned to various commercial workers. The overarching coordination of the construction of the various commercial-AN lies with the AG.
Against the backgroundExperienced commissioning and coordination is sought for the commercial, divided service provision.
