BIM management services for quality assurance with step-by-step commissioning for the following construction project: New construction of six residential buildings with at least 420 company apartments (around half publicly funded), a neighborhood cafe, a senior citizens' and service center (ASZ), a municipal Daycare center and an underground car park in the WA2 construction site as the second of three residential construction phases in the new inner-city district on Westend-/Zschokkestrasse Munich-Laim.
