A SWOT analysis and potential observation of scientific training at the 10 state universities in Thuringia are developed under the legal framework of the ThürHG and the Thürh opposite.
The result should be a strength of the strengths, which shows action options for both universities and the ministry in order to make further scientific training more attractive and enable better handling for universities. Suggestions to improve the situation in scientific further training, taking into account necessary expenses or financial support, are desirable as well as suggestions for organizing further training structures. The aim is to see a potential as the basis for a road map that can be developed by universities later for a strategic further development of scientific further training at Thuringian universities.
