For the fight against crime, it is critical of success and of outstanding importance, the implementation of the criminal procedural measures according to Section 100a (1) sentence 2, 3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and StPO Police measures according to Section 20c (2), 3 PolG NRW and comparable standards of the state or federal government. All authorities of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in this context are to become entitled to access to a corresponding IT system. It is therefore an IT system that serves this purpose procured. The IT system must be able to initiate monitoring from a distance without the need for an action by the target device user. In addition, the provider's IT system must monitor monitoring on market-related TK end devices (smartphones, tablets, desktop PC) at least for the Ensure operating systems Android and/or iOS. Ideally, the provider's IT system also supports Windows, MacOS and/or Linux.
