System partitions
The German Pension Insurance North Bavaria (DRV Nordbayern) plans to merging two existing rehabilitation clinics into a newly built rehab center. The intended area for the new building is located in the southeast of the city of Bayreuth near the thermal bath"Lohengrin-Therme" in a scenic environment.
The newly established rehabilitation center is intended to serve rehabilitation for the indication groups of psychosomatics, orthopedics and oncology. The area requirement is approximately 14,000 m2 (usable area). The size of the plots for the development and theConstruction of the associated car parking spaces is approx. 43,500 m2.
The building has a pavilion structure. Two care pavilions are affiliated to a central building and connected to transparent bridges. The upper care pavilions and the central building of the therapeutic centersit on a flat base structure.
