Description:
As part of the Perform ReacT project application, an RT-QPCR system is required for biotechnological applications that meet the specific requirements of nucleic acid amplification. This is required as a sensitive detection system for biochemical nucleic acids and quantifies, which enables real-time and absolute endpoint analyzes, based on polymerase chain reactions and acts with the help of fluorescence dancing. Since there is little material for examinations, especially for samples that are available in small quantities, a quantitative PCR system is required, which is very sensitive and can also demonstrate the smallest amounts of target nucleic acid. In order to meet the changing sample quantities, various sample formats must be used. With suitable software, the results must be analyzed and the data can be visualized. Operation of the software must be simple, user -friendly and intuitive so that you can program records or process data without programming knowledge.
