B. bipolar hip plates (BP-HP) for fuel cells and electrolysers are continuous Manufacturing processes needed. The previous manufacture of metallic bipolar hindrifks is based on tools with a translational movement. The transformation of the BP-HP is implemented with the help of hydroforming or cavity. The subsequent separation tasks are either with the help of a laser Or carried out by a shear cutting. The shear cutting takes place within the forming tool or in a downstream tool. With these processes, the required quantities cannot be reached. Processing large quantities are suitable for continuous production with rotating tools. In addition to transforming through the hollow preliminary, rotatory separation processes are also required. The subject of this tender is therefore the procurement of a system for the rotatorial, continuous cutting of (metallic) foils and fine sheets. This has to enable the rotatory cutting of levels and already shaped ligaments as well as the parallel -running rotatory and to develop and to examine hollow preliminary tunnel.
