Description:
The LFA uses various SAP products to support its business processes. These include the classic SAP modules GP (business partner), CML (loan management), CMS (collateral management), TRM (treasury and risk management), FI (finance), CO (controlling) and RBD (value correction). These software products are embedded in a complex IT landscape and place high demands on the company. The SAP systems were outsourced to the SAP in May 2025. In addition, the software products must be due to changing requirements (e.g. due to new regulatory Provisions) are constantly being developed. The LFA requires external support for these purposes, which it advertises in two loose: - Los 1: Systemservice SAP products - lot 2: Further development SAP products
Los 1 is to be awarded to exactly one economic participant and includes Support services in the areas of fault removal (incident and problem management) as well as change and release management based on defined service.
With Los 2, framework agreements with up to three economic participants are to be closed, which are a later Time to be commissioned with specific tasks in the context of mini competitions.
