- The University Hospital of Bonn (AöR) intends to award total contractor services for the planning, construction and operational handover of a new laboratory building on the Venusberg campus in Bonn. Procurement includes everything Services that are necessary for the turnkey construction of the building, including all necessary planning, construction and commissioning services. The total contractor assumes complete technical, functional and scheduling responsibility for the project. The laboratory facilities building is used to accommodate existing laboratory functions in the B26 building complex, which is being dismantled as part of the campus' space optimization. In order to maintain ongoing research and analysis operations, timely implementation is absolutely necessary. The new building is designed as a four-story building without a basement (ground floor, two standard floors and a technical floor) with a usable area of around 1,650 m². The building includes Laboratory areas of security level S2, associated office and ancillary rooms as well as areas of technical building equipment. For functional and organizational connection, a connecting bridge will be built to the existing research building C76 (Life & Brain). Ground floor planned to enable synergies between the facilities and to protect material flows from the weather. The building is realized in a system-open manner, i.e. h. the contractor can choose between conventional solid construction, Choose modular construction or an alternative, technically suitable construction system, provided that all functional, technical, quality and scheduling requirements are met. The scope of services includes in particular: planning of all Service phases for the production of a turnkey building, structural implementation including foundations, shell construction, expansion and technical building equipment, connection to existing media and transport systems...
