- The tender includes the takeover, the handling and the utilization of waste paper quantities from the following municipalities: Erkelenz, Geilenkirchen, Waldfeucht, Wegberg, Gangelt, Heinsberg, Hueckelhoven, Selfkant, Uebach-Palenberg and Wassenberg. More is described under Section 5.1.
Takeover, envelopeand utilization of waste paper for the district of Heinsberg
- takeover of the
waste paper recorded on behalf of the municipalities, or currently (according to current voting agreement) on behalf of the dual systems, at least one or a maximum of two takeover/transshipment points in the area of the district of Heinsberg;
-Cover of the waste paper assumed at the takeover/transshipment point for further recycling by the contractor. Insofar as waste paper is delivered to the transshipment points, which is collected in the municipalities on behalf of the dual systems, the contractor undertakes with theseCompany to conclude a contract that regulates the takeover and the
envelope on the same conditions as in the offer for the district of Heinsberg;
coordination with the dual systems or their representative about the necessary collection processes of the voting agreement in Appendix 7agreed share of PPK to the transshipment point/
