Description:
The Lower Saxony State Forests, as the client, intended to conclude a framework agreement for 4 years with a tank card provider about the delivery of fuel cards and billing fuels/services. A tank card management ensures that the vehicles the NLF are ready for operation at any time across Europe. For this purpose, all forest offices and service centers (agencies) of the NLF must be equipped with the respective fleet with tank cards in order to recharge your fiber, obtain lubricating, additives and to be able to obtain services.
Tank card service provider
The Tank cards can be used at petrol stations across Europe. The tank card has at least 8,000 acceptance points in Germany and 30,000 acceptance points in Europe. The supplier has to provide an online portal for digital order processing and the billing service of the tank card. About the portal All tank processes are available every month and annually according to the vehicle and office for each service manager. For the management, all tank processes of the departments are available via the portal and enable an annual evaluation. The evaluations can be provided in CSV or Excel format.
