- For the BAAINBw target accommodation measure in the Bundeswehr property Gneisenau Koblenz, 1st BA, the services of a general planner are required for planning and execution. The contract includes the general planning for the construction of the new buildings including connecting corridors as well as media access for the electrical engineering, for the traffic and outdoor facilities as well as the construction of a PV system, the production of key storage and a locking system for the 1st construction phase. In order to ensure rapid implementation of the construction work, the construction work is documented in the form of a service description Implement performance program and tender planning.
