Technical advice SBSNS-II
The State Institute of Schienenfahrzeug Berlin (LSFB) was in 2021 as an institution in public law founded. The main task of the LSFB is the financing of the vehicle purchase price of the new one, in the SBSNS-II award, SBSNS-II, which was announced by the State of Berlin on August 7, 2020 in the supplement to the Official Journal of the EU (2020/s 152-371803), as well as the surveillance of the production and the subsequent maintenance of these S-Bahn. With surcharge in the SBSNS-II award procedure, the LSFB enters the vehicle purchase contract and the maintenance contract concluded between the future contractor and the state of Berlin and assumes the rights and obligations as Client. As part of the implementation of the legal mandate of the LSFB, this is partly dependent on consulting expert advice from external experts. This applies in particular to advisory services in the field of engineering expertise.
