Description:
To ensure the performance and maintenance of the availability of the federal waterways, the aim is to renovate and modernize the individual properties of the WSV with the buildings on it as part of a summarized and sustainable measure.
Here are next to the Fulfillment of the legal requirements of the federal government (energy efficiency festival for federal buildings (EEFB)) also general requirements, such as accessibility, health and occupational safety, digitization and information security, optimization of the drive/business processes as well as basic Planning topics that must be taken into account as part of the renovation and/or modernization.
