- The Federal Real Estate Agency (BIMA) is planning the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Vocational Training Center (BBIZ) in Kleinmachnow. The area at the Stahnsdorfer Damm comprises around 42,500 m2 and has been home to central training centers of the General Directorate of waterways and for decades Shipping. Due to the high need for renovation of the existing buildings and the changed requirements for training, operation and sustainability, a feasibility study was carried out, which has confirmed the area as the ideal location after renovation and new development.
