Description:
The purpose of the project is to inform the client and the BMUKN regarding the outstanding implementation of the amended Renewable Energy Directive (EU) 2018/2001 (RED III) and the numerous pending national legislation in the field of renewable energy Energy and nature conservation on a scientific basis to provide technical and legal support and advice in various work packages and subject areas - which may need to be updated at short notice. The scientific advisory service is intended to enable the federal government to develop targeted standards of nature conservation and to incorporate them into the processes. From a technical perspective, both the acceleration effects formulated by the government and the maintenance of ecological protection standards should be integrated in a balanced manner.
