Description:
For the replacement building of the youth leisure facility in Mellowpark, on the Wuhlheide 256, 12555 Berlin, services of technical building equipment are awarded according to § 55 HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 in investment groups 1 to 8. The Mellow Park is on one in the southeast of Berlin in Treptow-Koepenick Plot directly on the Spree. It is a joint project of the sole e.V. and Mellowpark e.V. with an area of approx. 60,000m2, the area offers space for a wide variety of sporting activities.
To maintain the technically high -quality educational youth work And the qualified further development of the offers in the Mellowpark is the replacement of a youth center on a 2840m2 plot of land on the west side of the mellow park, since there is currently no suitable building for the open, location -bound youth work. At the moment there is only a non -heated inventory ruin with a highly restricted usability for youth work.
The ruinous existing building of the youth center in Mellopark is to be demolished and a multifunctional new building with a preliminary usage area of round 1,500m2 in resource -saving, energy -efficient and barrier -free construction are built. The building planned in the feasibility study consists of 2 buildings.
