• Technical building management services are advertised. --- The service is provided in the following stages: 1.Start-up phase: Stage 1: begins with the award of the contract, planned for May 28, 2026, Stage 2: begins 2 months before regular operation 2. Regular operation: Starts October 1st, 2026 until contract end: September 30th, 2031 (optional extension until September 30th, 2036) 3.
