- For the building Philological Library of the Free University of Berlin, the services of the Technical Building Management TGM are advertised. The philological library is located in the Habelschwerdter Allee 39-45 in the area of the FU property "Rost-/Silberlaube" in Berlin Dahlem. The Object includes an oval, separate building that is based in Northwest-Suedost direction (longitudinal axis), which serves exclusively for use as a library, with all-round outdoor area. The building is: approx. 64 m long, approx. 55 m wide, approx. 19 m high, comprises 5 full floors, (level 1 to level 3 partially discontinued), As well as technology areas backed in the dome area, the net area area is 9,550 m2, the main usage area is 6,290 m2. The load -bearing construction consists of reinforced concrete walls, supports and ceilings with two supply cores. The escape stairs are located in the supply cores with in the lowest level led escape tunnels. An elevator is integrated in a supply core. The outer construction consists of a two -shell steel structure with a facade made of transparent and closed panels. The inner shell consists of fabric membranes with transparent partial areas. The surrounding open space has a size of approx. 2,700 m2. The services of the technical building management include the operational management/operating and maintenance, consisting of: inspection, maintenance, repair, test by qualified persons (SK), testing, based on DIN 32736 through Zues (SV), DGUV V3 examination, documentation, reporting, energy management, information management, tracking the guarantee. There are high availability requirements for the object and the areas contained herein.
