- Services of performance levels 4 and 5: Technical commissioning management based on VDI 6039 in performance phase 8 (§ 34 HOAI) as well as technical monitoring in the first 2 years of operation in accordance with the service description. Measure: Conversion and renovation a listed administrative building built in 1953 with extensive renovation of the technical building equipment. Location: Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße 11 /Josephspitalstraße 8 in 80331 Munich. Building: 5 to 7 storey reinforced concrete frame building Reinforced concrete columns and ribbed ceilings. The building consists of several components and courtyards, including a deep courtyard with parking spaces. The former canteen on the 6th floor will be converted into conference rooms with an office, tea kitchen and event and lounge area. At The general renovation takes into account general aspects of efficiency and cost-effectiveness and current technical developments. The TGA installations date from the construction period and will largely be replaced.
