- The subject of the tender is the benefits of state determination/ technical Due Diligence as well as the inventory recording (building scan and planning creation) for existing buildings as part of the project "Future of the Stadtische Buehnen Frankfurt".
Technical-construction inventories
The urban stages Frankfurt are among the most renowned speech and music theaters in Europe and integrate all the functions necessary for successful ensemble and repertoire operation. As part of the project development for the multi -project "Future of the Stadtische Buehnen Frankfurt and to examine and evaluate existing buildings in Frankfurt for different sub -projects technically and structurally. In several work packages (modules), the condition of the existing buildings should be recorded and existing needs are analyzed and, based on this, opportunities, risks and Potentials, especially from sustainable and economic aspects, are shown.
The content of the services to be commissioned here are, in particular, the construction of the building as a technical diligence and an inventory in 3D for different existing buildings in the Frankfurt urban area, possibly also in accordance with the requirements of the Hessian Monument Protection Act.
