Description: Engineering performance to perform a technical due diligence (TDD) for the three buildings of the HPI (House 1, House 2 and House 3) taking into account the matters of high construction, technical building equipment, fire protection, structural design and accessibility, as well as creation a catalog of measures, drawing up the cost estimates according to DIN 276 and creating all necessary plan documents according to this for this purpose.
