Description:
The subject of this award are services of technical equipment in plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8. The services extend to phases 1 to 9. These are basic services and special services. The object planning "building" has already been awarded. The object planning"Free systems" as well as the further specialist planning (structural planning, fire protection planning, building physics and services according to the construction site regulation [Sigeko services] are allocated separately at the same time. The performance of technical equipment in plant groups 1, 2, 3,4, 5, 6 and 8 are assigned gradually; In such a way that the service phases 1 to 3, the service phases 4 to 6 on a second stage - although the service phase 4 is no longer required for plant groups 2, 3, 6 and 8 - and on a third stage thePerformance phases 7 to 9 are transferred. The following special services are awarded: - Participation in the creation of kitchen planning (in relation to output kitchen - as a time fee 1.
