Description:
The subject of this award is only the services of the technical equipment (in plant groups 1 to 6). Building planning, free system planning, and further specialist planning (in particular structural engineering planning) are assigned separately. Multiple applications in relation to the differentObject and specialist planning are permitted. The basic services of the service phases 5 to 9 (fully) of the technical equipment will be awarded in accordance with the draft contract (part C of the tender documents). The following special services are also awarded: - Entry,Analysis revision requirement in relation to the previous draft (flat -rate fee - performance phase 3) - Creation of drainage application (time fee - performance phase 4) - Vote of fire alarm system with the competent authority (time fee - performance phase 4) - Creation of the necessary formsthe awarding manual (flat rate fee - performance phase 7) - Monitoring of the defect removal within the limitation period (time fee - performance phase 9).C of the tender documents). The expected service period for the technical equipment is 23.06.2025 to 31.12.2026 (with additional inclusion of the service phase 9 (= 4 years) 31.12.2030).
